Women are advised to perform a breast cancer self examination every thirty days to identify any changes in their breasts which may signal cancer.[5]
For lumps, swelling, dimpling, change in the size or shape, inverted nipple, nipple rash or discharge from nipple.
The armpit and breasts for signs of a lump, thickening or a change in shape.
Your breasts for unusual pain or rashes.
