About The Initiative

India is in dire need of healthy blood donors. The number is as low as 8 donors for 1,000 individuals. Since blood cannot be manufactured, patients are completely dependent on the genorosity of blood donors. With this campaign and the support of Thalassemia Patient Advocacy Group, we aim to help the cause of safe blood donation and educate people about the importance of it. Let us come together and encourage more and more people to come forward and give a gift of life to someone who needs it.
