"Patient Safety Day, which falls on 17th September every year, was an opportunity for us to speak about an important aspect of patient security - blood safety. Our activities included posts for raising awareness about healthcare safety as a whole, important facts about how a patient can protect themselves, and a video in which a Thalassemia patient spoke
about her experience regarding these activities.".
