Ovarian cancer is when abnormal cells in the ovaries begin to multiply to form a tumour. If left untreated, the tumour can spread to other parts of the body. Ovarian cancer is responsible for the death of more than half the women who are affected. Ovarian cancer does not have any prominent symptoms, hence, it is even more important to be aware of the subtle signs, so that it can be treated soon.
Lung cancer is the world's deadliest cancer as more people die as a result of this disease than any other type of cancer. The early symptoms of lung cancer include persistent cough, shortness of breath, a cough that produces blood, pain in the chest etc. As cancer progresses, these symptoms may become more severe or intense. As with most other types of cancer, early diagnosis of lung cancer increases the patient's chances of survival.
